Connell Foley seeks an associate with at least three years of practical experience in employment law (on behalf of management) and corporate/transactional law. As to these areas of law, candidates must be experienced in litigating, counseling on day-to-day legal issues, drafting and negotiating contracts, personnel policies, and corporate documents, conducting internal investigations, handling financial transactions/mergers and acquisitions, and independently engaging with clients. New Jersey admission required, New York a plus. A clerkship as well as experience presenting at conferences and client trainings a plus.
